High level production management and advance production equipment

GRANT LLOYD employs over 1,000 workers and has 2 production plants in China. Our normal monthly output is 300,000 units of various models, expandable according to order sizes. All products are designed and developed by our in-house engineering team. Making use of hi-tech and sophisticated machinery i.e. plastic injection machines, pick and place (surface mount) machines, bonding machines, wave soldering machines and various kinds of testing equipment etc. placed at the production plants we continue to expand. Implementing up to the minute SMT technology, CAD etc. along with stringent QC standards has gained us recognition worldwide and help establish long term relationships with large multi-national companies around the globe. Our products are compliant with most of the international standards such as F.C.C./U.L. of U.S.A., CSA of Canada, CE of Europe, C tick of Australia.
